We have a great mid-April online auction in store for you at one of my all-time favorite homes in North East. As a North East native, I’ve always had a soft spot for this particular home near Freeport Beach, and it’s a privilege to help re-home some of its offerings to folks who can put them to good use and become their next caretakers in a sustainable way. What’s cooler than that!?
This is a curated downsizing online auction — not a big auction, but a really nice one. There are some quality furniture accent pieces mixed in with interesting decor that genuinely fit the character of this home and hopefully yours as well. Preview/Inspection Day
-Tuesday, April 21st from 6pm-7pm
(Please call or text Chris @ 814-504-9532 to schedule a preview appointment. The address will be given at that time)
Pick-Up Day
-Monday, April 27th from 10am-2pm and Tuesday,(Tentative) April 28th from 5pm-7pm. An email will be sent to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction with a link to schedule a pick-up slot which will include the address and any other instructions. Please look for this email and check your spam/junk folder.
