Auction Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Approval

All bidders must complete the registration process and be approved prior to participating. Hidden Worth Group LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any registration at its sole discretion.

2. Binding Agreement

All bids placed constitute a legally binding offer to purchase. The highest accepted bid results in a legally enforceable contract between the bidder and seller.

3. Proof of Funds

All bidders must provide proof of sufficient funds prior to approval. Acceptable documentation includes:

• Bank statements showing available balance
• Letter from a financial institution

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in denial of bidding privileges.

4. Deposit Requirement

The winning bidder is required to submit a non-refundable deposit (typically 5–10% of the purchase price) within 24 hours of auction close unless otherwise stated.

Failure to submit the deposit may result in disqualification, forfeiture of bidding rights, and potential legal action.

5. Property Condition

All properties are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to bidding.

6. Buyer Responsibility

The winning bidder is responsible for completing all required contracts, paying the remaining balance per agreed terms, and any closing costs, fees, or applicable taxes.

7. Seller Rights

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, set reserve prices, and cancel or modify the auction at any time.

8. Auction Modifications

Hidden Worth Group LLC reserves the right to extend auction end times, modify terms if necessary, and resolve disputes at its sole discretion.

9. Default

If a winning bidder fails to complete the transaction, the deposit may be forfeited, the bidder may be banned from future auctions, and legal remedies may be pursued.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hidden Worth Group LLC is not responsible for technical issues, missed bids, or errors in listings. Participation is at the bidder’s own risk.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
