HiddenWorth Group LLC offers a 1% buyer’s broker co-op, calculated on the final confirmed sale price, paid to the participating broker at closing out of HiddenWorth’s 5% buyer’s premium. No additional compensation is owed by the buyer. The co-op is contingent upon the property closing successfully and this form being submitted and approved prior to the auction deadline.

5. Broker Registration Requirements

To qualify for broker participation, this form must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to auction close. Broker must also ensure their buyer has completed online bidder registration at before placing any bids.

  • Broker is duly licensed in the applicable state and in good standing.
  • Broker has a written buyer representation agreement in place with the represented buyer prior to auction registration.
  • Broker and buyer have reviewed all available due diligence materials, property disclosures, and auction terms.
  • All properties are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.
  • HiddenWorth Group LLC acts as the auctioneer only; no agency relationship is created with buyer or broker.
  • The successful bid price is subject to seller confirmation and any applicable reserve price.
  • Buyer's premium and all applicable closing costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance and is subject to approval by HiddenWorth Group LLC.
