Greetings! We have a special online auction popping up in the Wolf Road area of Erie starting Friday, May 27th at 8:00AM and ending June 3rd, with lots closing in the early evening. This wonderful home will feature an array of quality furnishings, decor, antiques and vintage, patio furniture, rugs, electronics, tools, and a special 1950 MG TD. You'll have the opportunity to bid for 7 days on some fun offerings at estatesales.net where you can get in on the bidding action. Pick-Up
The winning bidders will be notified of the exact address and pick-up window which is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7th from 10am-6pm and Wednesday, June 8th from 12pm-6pm. The home is in the Wolf Road area for planning purposes. An email to all winning bidders will be sent at the conclusion of the sale by email. Please check your spam/junk folder as well for the communication.
Bidding Style
The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item. Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes. The items/lots will will start closing at 6pm and continue until 7:30pm on Friday, June 3rd. Please check the time left under each item, as closing times will vary.
