Greetings! Please join us for a traditional in home estate sale at this cozy house in West Erie on Sunday, May 22nd. The gallery of pictures will give you an idea of some but not all of the offerings you will find as you enter and peruse about the home, but we can't reveal everything, that's part of the fun!
Free coffee will be provided so you are well caffeinated going into the home. We will keep updating the pics, so you’ll have to keep checking back? It will be nice to see some familiar faces. See you then!
General Hiddenworth Estate Sale Guidelines
HOW DO I ENTER THE HOUSE?
Entrance to the house is by a first come, first served system. You may sign-up for entrance to the house starting at 8:30 AM for entry to the house at 9:00AM. There are instances where a list will be started by the first individual that is at the house before the sale starts and our official sign up sheet is available. We will try to be reasonable with accepting the start of that list if it can be self managed and is done so in good faith with the individuals signed up before 8:30.
You MUST be present at the roll call time which is based on the order of sign-ups. Typically we read off names 5 minutes before entry to the house.
SAFETY FIRST
We only allow a limited number of patrons into the house at once. This ensures the safety of our staff and guests, the security of the home and its contents as well as helps to promote a more enjoyable estate sale experience by all.
WHAT IF I NEED HELP OR HAVE A QUESTION?
Our estate sales are staffed by professionals. You'll know them because they will have a HiddenWorth shirt and/or apron on. They can help you during the sale.
HOW DO I HAUL ITEMS FROM THE SALE?
You are responsible for hauling your purchased items from the property the day of the sale. Special arrangements can be made for pick-up within 1-2 days of the sale. We partner with a local delivery service for a fee based on the size of the item and the mileage travelled to deliver.
