All the offerings in this auction were moved to the barn area as the owner is preparing the home be sold. It will be easier for you to pick up your winning bids as well. \nClick on the link below for direct access to the online auction hosted at estatesales.net where you can view the entire catalog of items and start bidding. \nhttps://www.estatesales.net/PA/Girard/16417/marketplace/82873 \nThere will be a decent amount of offerings that will be available on pick up day as well for all winning bidders. \nThe auction features an outstanding collection of contemporary stained glass pieces(lamps\, panels) that always soften a space\, beautiful Campbell Pottery pieces\, wildlife themed art and decor\, cast iron\, higher end kitchenware\, oak furnishings\, women accessories\, and more to be added throughout the auction. \nWe are looking to find new caretakers for these offerings that have been used\, loved and curated over the years. Please carve out a little time for preview hour to see the offerings in person for this auction. \nImportant Sale Dates: \nOnline Auction Bidding \nSaturday\, July 4th-Saturday\, July 11th \n-Bidding starts to close at 6pm on Saturday\, July 11th.\n-Please pay particular attention to the ending times located under each item of interest. The address will be given at that time) \nPick-Up Day \n-Tuesday\, July 14th from 10am-2pm. An email will be sent to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction with a link to schedule a pick-up slot which will include the address and any other instructions. \nIf you are not able to pick up your items on the designated pick-up day\, please notify me in advance at 814-504-9532. \nPlease look for this email and check your spam/junk folder. \nAuction Format \nThe online auction bidding is a “hard close” process \, similar to Ebay\, as opposed to a “soft close” process used by other online auction platforms\, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires\, which is displayed under each item. \nAlso\, entering a maximum “max” bid doesn’t necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed “max” bid for convenience purposes. \nBidding Example \nYou are bidding on a lamp and place a max bid of $58.00 towards the end of the auction. The auction ends on the item and you win the item for $39.00. This means the next highest bidder had a high bid of $38.00\, however you were willing to go up to $58.00. Your maximum bid doesn’t automatically jump to that amount when you place the bid. The bid only is increased if there are other bidders actively bidding on the item. Your maximum bids are hidden from other bidders\, essentially creating a level playing field.
